Samsung is yet to officially announce the Galaxy J7, but it looks like the South Korean tech giant will soon lift the lid on the smartphones, as a retailer page leaks the specs of the device.
The screenshot seen above was leaked by Jack Moon on Twitter. It shows the Russian retailer page of the Samsung Galaxy J7. The page also shows that the device will be up for pre-order, suggesting that Samsung will soon lift the lid on the smartphone.
According to the spec sheet, the Galaxy J7 sports a 5.5-inch screen with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels, 16 GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, a Marvel PXA1936 octa-core processor, 1.5 GB of RAM, and a 3,000 mAh battery. The J7 in Russia will come with dual SIM support, since the feature is highly-popular in the country. If it does launch in the UK, we doubt that the smartphone for the UK market will come with the feature.
According to a previous report, the Galaxy J7 and the Galaxy J5 will have the same TouchWiz UX as the S6 and S6 Edge slapped on top of Android 5.0 (Lollipop).
It is yet to be determined when the Samsung Galaxy J7 and the Samsung Galaxy J5 will make their official debut, but we’re guessing it will be soon.
