Is Apple cooking up a pink colour option of the upcoming iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus? Well, if the latest photos found online are to be believed, the Cupertino firm may be making the colour option available for its upcoming iPhones.
The photos seen above come to us courtesy of Chinese-speaking micro blogging site Weibo (the equivalent of Twitter in China). The photos allegedly show a pink colour option of the Apple iPhone 6S, which goes in line with previous rumours we’ve come across in the past.
The post also reconfirms that the iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus will sport a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera module that is capable of recording 4K videos.
The question is, do these photos show the real deal? Unfortunately, there’s no way for us to confirm if they are legit or not. What we can say is colour anodising of aluminium is a complicated process. Despite this fact, manufacturers such as HTC still managed to launch metal-clad smartphones sporting colours such as red and other bright colours. This said, a pink iPhone may be hard to produce, but it’s possible.
Of course, since Apple is yet to officially announce the iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus, take this with a pinch of salt.
