Recently, Samsung revealed the box of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Iron Man Edition. Now, the Korean tech giant has teased the device itself.
The image you see above was posted by Samsung Mobile Korea on its official Facebook page. It shows the S6 Edge’s back that bears the Iron Man logo under the camera. The image also reveals the special edition S6 Edge’s colour scheme. It seems the device will be in red, just like Samsung’s marketing chief, Lee Young-hee, said in the past, but with gold highlights.
As for specs, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Iron Man Edition is expected to sport the same specs as the ordinary version. These include a 5-inch screen with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels (Quad HD) and a pixel density of 577 ppi, a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) (some units ship with cameras made by Samsung, while some units ship with cameras made by Sony), a 5-megapixel front-facing selfie-centric camera, 32/64/128 GB of internal storage, Samsung’s Exynos 7420 64-bit octa-core processor with four cores clocked at 2.1 GHz and four cores clocked at 1.5 GHz, 3 GB of DDR4 RAM, LTE Cat.6 (300/50Mbps) connectivity, support for wireless charging, and a 2,600 mAh battery. It measures 142.1 x 70.1 x 7.0 mm and weighs in at 132 g. The smartphone runs Android 5.0 (Lollipop) out of the box with a 64-bit TouchWiz UI slapped on top. It is clad in both metal and glass.
