We already know that the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the HTC One (M9) will make their debuts at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain in the 1st of March. However, the question is, which smartphone will be unveiled first.
According to Re/code’s Walt Mossberg on his Twitter account, “Samsung’s Galaxy S6 likely to be the first in a flurry of smartphone debuts at Mobile World Congress.”

Jeff Gordon, HTC’s Senior Global Online Communications Manager, corrected this, saying, “To be precise, HTC has a press conference 2.5 hours before Samsung. ;)”

So there you have it. HTC will be lifting the lid on the HTC One (M9) and the HTC One (M9) Plus at Mobile World Congress two and a half hours before Samsung officially unveils the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Samsung Galaxy S Edge at the trade show.
Will unveiling its flagship before the Korean tech giant make a difference? We’re guessing the Taiwanese phone maker hopes to wow customers enough that they won’t care too much about the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the Samsung Galaxy S Edge.
So when do you get to get your hands on the HTC One (M9) or HTC One (M9) Plus? If history repeats itself, you may get to buy HTC’s upcoming flagship soon after it is unveiled, just like what happened when HTC unveiled the HTC One (M8).
Looking forward to the HTC One (M9) and HTC One (M9) Plus, or are you more interested in the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy S Edge? Let us know through a comment on our Phones LTD Facebook page.
