According to Spanish-speaking Pisapapeles.net, Motorola is gearing up to lift the lid on the unannounced Moto X Sport and the Moto G 3rd Gen in August.
The leak suggests that the “Moto X Sport” and the Moto G 3rd Gen (may be called the “new Motorola Moto G”) will be coming to Chile in August. The two have been confirmed by the largest network operator in Chile, Entel.
It seems the Moto X Sport will be different from the Moto X 3rd Gen, which is expected to be officially introduced soon. As the name suggests, the Moto X Sport will be a rugged smartphone aimed for people who don’t mind banging up or getting their smartphone wet.
The image reveals that the Moto X Sport will sport a 5.2-inch screen, a 16-megapixel rear-facing camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and an unknown quad-core processor with each core clocked at 1.5 GHz.
Meanwhile, the new Moto G sports a 5-inch screen, a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and a quad-core processor with each core clocked at 1.4 GHz.
Of course, since Motorola is yet to officially unveil the two smartphones, take this with a pinch of salt.
