Motorola has sent invitations for an event that kicks off on the 28th of July. At the event, the Lenovo-owned smartphone maker is expected to lift the lid on two versions of the Moto X 3rd Gen and the Moto G 3rd Gen. Although the smartphones are yet to become official, the Moto G 3rd Gen is now listed in Spanish online retailer fnac (spotted by Techdroider).
According to the listing, the Motorola Moto G 3rd Gen will be available in two colour options – white and black. The listing also reveals that the affordable smartphone will set you back around £140.
As for specs, we’ve learned from previous reports that the Motorola Moto G 3rd Gen will sport a 5-inch screen with a resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels, a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing selfie-centric camera, 8 GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, 4G LTE connectivity, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor with each core clocked at 1.7 GHz and an Adreno 306 GPU to handle graphics, 2 GB of RAM, and a 2,470 mAh battery to keep the lights on. It will run Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) out of the box.
