Photos of the rumoured HTC One E9pt (code named A55) were leaked earlier during the month. We’re guessing that “pt” stands for “+,” as a photo collage of the “HTC One E9p” has been leaked on Twitter.
The tweet comes to us courtesy of master leaker @upleaks. He shows device that seems to be clad in plastic.
So what does the device have to offer? It is rumoured to sport a 5.5-inch screen with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels (Quad HD), a 20-megapixel rear-facing camera, either a 13-megapixel or 4-megapixel UltraPixel front-facing camera, 32 GB of internal storage, a MediaTek MT-6795 64-bit octa-core processor, 3 GB of RAM, a fingerprint scanner, and a 2800 mAh battery. It will run Android 5.0 (Lollipop) with Sense 7.0 slapped on top. HTC is expected to launch the smartphone in China towards the end of the month for around £322. It is likely to be a Chinese exclusive, but nothing is set in stone at this point.
