HTC One (M9) to sport same wireless module as Google Nexus 6 and 20-megapixel camera by Toshiba

According to two separate tweets from leakster @LlabTooFeR (1 & 2), the HTC One (M9) (code named HTC Hima) will sport the same wireless module as the Google Nexus 6 and a 20-megapixel rear-facing camera made by Toshiba.

In @LlabTooFeR’s first tweet, he says, “HTC Hima will use BCM4356 wireless module. It supports 2×2 802.11a/b/g/n/ac and Bluetooth 4.1. Same wireless module is used on Nexus 6 device.”

In another tweet he says, “On HTC Hima we might see 20MP Toshiba T4KA7 as the main camera module.”

Of course, since HTC is yet to officially announce the official specs of the HTC One (M9), take this with a pinch of salt.

The good news is, HTC will lift the lid on its next flagship at MWC 2015 on the 1st of March, a few hours before the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge make their debut. We’ll know in a few weeks if the rumours are true or not.
