Today, Apple is one of the most valuable companies the world has ever seen, with millions upon millions lining up to get their hands on the company’s products. It’s current top seller is the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus, which has broken the Cupertino firm’s previous iPhone sales record. It’s hard to believe that Apple’s co-founders, Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, started off working on products in a garage. Hold on. Scratch that. Apparently, the Apple garage is a myth, according to Woz.
In an interview with Bloomberg, Wozniak said, “The garage is a bit of a myth. We did no designs there, no breadboarding, no prototyping, no planning of products. We did no manufacturing there. The garage didn’t serve much purpose, except it was something for us to feel was our home. We had no money. You have to work out of your home when you have no money.”
