Microsoft Lumia 950 (Talkman) and 950 XL (Cityman) said to be clad in polycarbonate – to make debut in September

Microsoft is rumoured to be working on its new flagship – the Lumia 950 (Talkman) and its bigger version the Lumia 950 XL (Cityman). According to previous reports, the two will be clad in metal, but a new report is saying that this will not be the case. The same report also revealed when the Redmond firm was planning to lift the lid on the two.

The news comes to us courtesy of Windows Central. According to its sources, the Lumia 950 and the Lumia 950 XL will not be clad in metal, as previously reported, but in polycarbonate (plastic) instead. The report also believes that the two will make their official debut in early September, at the IFA 2015 trade show, which kicks off in Berlin, Germany. It adds that the 950 could be launched in either October or November, with the 950 XL to follow “a few weeks later.”
