Recently, we came across a report that allegedly leaked the specs of the rumoured LG G Pro 3, successor of the LG G Pro 2 released 16 months ago. Now a new report says that the device will sport pupil recognition.
The news comes to us courtesy of Mobipicker, who was responsible for leaking the LG G Pro 3’s alleged specs earlier. According to the site, it spotted a post by @Leaksfly on Chinese-speaking Weibo that the device will come with pupil recognition on board.
Here’s what we know about the LG G Pro 3 so far. Rumoured specs include a 6-inch screen with a resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels (Quad HD) (pixel density of 490 ppi), a 20.7-megapixel rear-facing camera, an 8-megapixel front-facing selfie-centric camera, 32 GB of internal storage, a microSD card slot, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 4 GB of RAM, a fingerprint scanner, and now pupil recognition. It will run Android 5.1 (Lollipop) out of the box, and is said to cost $790 (around £514).
The LG G Pro 3 is said to make its official debut before the end of the year.
Of course, since we can’t confirm if these leaked specs are legit, take this with a pinch of salt.
