Prices Launched for Sony Xperia X
The new X-range of Sony Xperia smart phones have now received their first contract prices, kicking off with the Sony Xperia X which has been initially launched in Black and Rose Gold colour schemes.
The black edition has been made available on EE, Talk Mobile and Vodafone contract deals while the rose gold Xperia X is currently only available to order on Vodafone and Talk Mobile contracts. (This looks to be changing this afternoon!)
This will change fast as other retailers receive their stock from Sony and other network tariffs will be added along with upgrade deals for those wishing to stay with their operator and keep their number.
How much is the Sony Xperia X?
From these initial deals launched by two retailers we can see that the cheapest contracts to offer the Xperia X with no upfront cost are priced at £32 a month on Vodafone, EE tariffs offer a free phone from £38.49 and Talk Mobile at £40 per month.
Prices for both the black and rose gold editions of the Sony Xperia X are currently exactly the same, there are further colour schemes yet to launch in the range including white and lime gold editions.
When will upgrade deals launch?
We hope very soon, the retailers currently offering the existing deals are hot on upgrade prices so we expect upgrade contracts to be released over the next couple of days. They’ll be even more available as other retailers including the CPW Group release their tariff prices over the coming days.
What does the Xperia X offer?
The Xperia X has a crafted body with a seamless metal back, curved body, a 5 inch full HD 441ppi display that is an undeniable stunner when it comes to design and runs smoothly on the latest Android 6.0 OS and Qualcomm MSM8956 Snapdragon 650 processor.
Featuring a 23 mega pixel camera, which is Sony’s fastest camera yet, going from standby to capture in less than 0.6 seconds. With the quick start up, lightning speed Hybrid Autofocus and faster image processing, you can capture the most spontaneous moments.
Enabled by Sony’s new Predictive Hybrid Autofocus, photos’s are no longer blurred, with Smart Capture which you can choose a person or object and automatically track it, so the most unpredictable scenes come out in the sharpest detail.
The selfie cam on the front, outshines the rest! Low-light selfies aren’t easy, but Xperia X was built for the challenge with a 13MP camera and Sony’s renowned low-light sensors, there will be no such thing as a “bad photo”.
Xperia X boasts Sony’s Smart Battery Management that brings you up to two days battery life and longer battery lifespan. Ground-breaking Qnovo Adaptive Charging maintains battery health while charging.
